Shipping policy

There will be a slight delay for dispatch from 24 December to 29 December as we take a well deserved rest.
Last guaranteed delivery for Christmas - orders to be in by 22 December 12 midday. 

Postage & Packaging Costs for deliveries within the U.K. and Ireland. Goods purchased & paid for before 12noon will be dispatched same day (except Saturday & Sunday these will be dispatched Monday - excluding bank holidays).


PLEASE ENSURE SOMEONE IS AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS TO ACCEPT PARCEL UPON DELIVERY. AS ONCE 'DELIVERED' WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIABILITY OF THE PARCEL AND ITS GOODS. WE ARE NOT HELD LIABLE FOR THESE GOODS IF GONE MISSING OR DAMAGED AFTER DELIVERY.
OUR CONTRACTED COURIER DPD WILL SEND DELIVERY UPDATES TO THE CUSTOMER (VIA EMAIL GIVEN AT TIME OF ORDER) IF YOU ARE NOT AT DELIVERY ADDRESS TO ACCEPT DELIVERY, WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU REARRANGE WITH DPD TO A TIME YOU ARE PRESENT TO ACCEPT YOUR DELIVERY. WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN YOU AND THE COURIER.

Click & Collect

(Our Strabane Store Only)

Click and collect is available as a FREE delivery option when placing your order.  When placing an order you simply select collect in store as the delivery option.  Once you have completed the purchase online you will receive an order of confirmation email.  You must show identification in store when collecting your order, this can be in the form of a text alert, order of confirmation email (either printed out, shown on a mobile device) or the credit/debit card you used to place your order.
