How do i become a member of the BeLoyal programme?
To become a Member, applicants must become registered account holders by:
1. Creating an account online with a vaild email address.
2. Completing registration instore with a vaild email address.
Become a BeLoyal member, and receive 10% of points on every full price item paid in full in one transaction. Instore & Online.
Example;
Transaction Paid = £52.67 you will recieve 526 points
How can i check my points balance?
You can simply log on to your BeLoyal account via our website using your email address and password to view your points. Or alternatively ask instore.
For Reference, How To Work Out Your BeLoyal Points
100 = £1
1000 = £10
1200 = £12
5000 = £50
Will i receive a BeLoyal physical loyalty card?
Our system is all digital - therefore all you need is an email address. One less card for your purse.
Can i earn beloyal points on my instore layway?
Unfortunately no points on layaways or Christmas club, points are only awarded to items paid in full in one transaction.
Do I earn points on sale items?
No points can be earned our redeemed against discount items/sale/promo or special price products instore or online.
Can I use my points in store?
Yes points earned online can also be used instore. And vice versa. Points are redeemable in nominations of 2.50's up to £50, and nominations of £5's there after.
Online - Beloyal points can be cashed in for a coupon which you can then redeem off your online transaction on our website.
How Easy Is It To Redeem My Points?
Redeeming your points is super easy. You can redeem them instore & online. Points are redeemable in fixed nominations of £2.50 up to £50, and nominations of £5 there after £50.
Are there any products excluded from BeLoyal points?
BeLoyal points can not be earned or redeemed on BeWelded Or BeSpoke.
Points cannot be earned
1) on the purchase of Gift Card/s
2) sale items/promo boxes/special price products
3) on delivery/postage charges
4) on in-store gratuities
5) on watch battery changes
6) on any repairs services
7) engraving
8) on any items not deemed to be eligible.
BeJeweled At Soul has the right at its sole discretion to determine from time-to-time which products and services are eligible for BeLoyal Points and the number of BeLoyal Points that will be credited per transaction.
Will My BeLoyal Points Expire?
There is no expiry on points.
Are Points Able to be collated?
Points from multiple BeLoyal accounts are not allowed to be collated. Points can not be shared/transferred to someone else's account.
