Christmas Gift Returns
All Christmas gifts purchased from October 2025 can be returned by the recipient for an exchange up until 7th January 2026 - gift receipt or order number must be included.
Returns
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have pasted by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (eg. jewellery/shoe box).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure your name and addresses are clearly visible.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded decoration/ sequins / jewels of some products, some small beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault.
- Please note unless the description states otherwise our shoes are not waterproof.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We will refund the product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred returning the product. Returns can also be taken back to our Strabane store. Please take proof of purchase with you when returning items.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipped Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 51 Main Street , Strabane, BT82 8AU, United Kingdom
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We advise you to send your purchase back via a recorded post service and attain a proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach our shop.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. And retain your receipt for proof. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
