Our fabulous team will help you select a chain that suits your style. With sterling silver and gold filled available in a variety of styles, you’ll be spoilt for choice.

The chain will be measured and cut to perfectly fit your wrist, ankle or finger. Held together with a small jump ring & simply welded by one of our fully trained technicians.

If desired for an extra personal touch - your carefully chosen charms will be added before our expert team connects the chain and welds it together. For a clasp free finish.

The weld will create a small harmless spark, you will be instructed to wear protective glasses or look away at this point.

Will permanent Jewellery set off airport/security alarms?

Our chains are not magnetic so they won't set off alarms, such as in airport security.
Is there an age restriction for permanent bracelets?

Yes! The minimum age is 8 years old, and anyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult. We do not recommend anklets/rings for under the age of 8.
Do you accept drop-ins/walk-ins?

This is dependent on the store events and staffing, we recommend booking a welded bracelet, ring or anklet appointment to avoid disappointment.
HOW MUCH IS A PERMANENT BRACELET?

Depending on the chain you choose;

  • Bracelets range from £45-£70
  • Anklets £55-£80
  • Rings £25-£40
  • Charms from £10+
Can I add charms to a permanent anklet?

You ca charms to an anklet, bracelts or ring for a personal look. Charm prices start from £10.
Do your permanent bracelets and anklets come with a warranty?

Yes, there is a 24hr guarantee for loss. If your chain has came off within one month, bring back the chain and the jeweller can re-weld this in a booked appointment. You can contact Customer Service to arrange this with us! Re-welds outside one month will be charged at £5 per piece.
I need to remove my permanent jewellery for surgery, how do i do that?

While we love the fact these are "seamless bracelets forever", if you do need to take it off they can they can be permanently removed with a pair of sharp scissors. If you're not confident pop instore and we can remove your piece for you.
What happens if the chain breaks?

If the chain is broken after long term wear (over three months) but you still have the chain, one of our jewellers can re-weld it back on for a £5 fee.
The chain would have to be in good condition. If you are unsure you can always make an appointment with our jeweller in store for them to assess the chain
Can i return my permanent jewellery?

As this is a personalised, made to measure piece, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on this product/service. If you have any queries or concerns please feel free to email our customer service team.
Does permanent jewellery hurt?

No, it's totally safe. Our welding machines are operated by expert jewellers to ensure a smooth experience!
